of Love, Loss, Courage and Survival," which comes with
an accompanying booklet to support those living with grief.

The CD offers
16-tracks of songs that encourage you to explore a variety
of emotions related to your loss. The music is both soothing

In the CD's accompanying booklet the author, Susan Woods, shares
her insightful personal experience and perspective on loss,
grieving and healing. She also explains the meaning of the
song lyrics, which provides the listener a deeper
understanding of what they are listening to on the CD. The
author's closing comments are titled "Going On and
Going Forward," and helps put into perspective how
grief can affects us, and how offering compassion to others
can be a catalyst for healing.
